And its Taycan electric vehicle promises to be one of the fastest cars on the planet when it arrives this year.

BMW is the benchmark in luxury performance – The German brand’s flagship 7 Series sedan delivers a smooth, refined ride with superb steering and handling stability. And it’s expanding its electric lineup with the 530e and 330e plug-in hybrids.

Audi is a luxury contender – The German brand’s A4, Q5, A6 and R8 sports cars all earn high marks for their sophisticated interiors, sporty driving dynamics and Quattro all-wheel drive that improves traction and safety. Plus, its RS models take the fun factor even further with their racing-inspired interiors and ferocious performance.

Volvos are safe and dependable – The Swedish automaker is a leader in crash-testing and offers a wide selection of spacious, stylish crossovers and SUVs. Its XC90 and XC60 models are among the most popular in the segment, while its S90 sedan delivers a premium driving experience. And its upcoming battery-electric EV, the NEXT, will have heads turning at the pump with its sleek, aerodynamic profile and autonomous driving capability.

Kia is a rising star – The Korean brand’s revamped Forte and Optima sedans scored well for their engaging driving experiences and generous cargo space. And the Optima Hybrid is a great value with its impressive fuel economy.

Volkswagens are versatile and reliable – The Jetta, Passat and Tiguan compact cars and SUVs all earned points for their versatility, reliability and engaging driving dynamics. And the Golf GTI and the Tiguan R-Line offer serious performance for enthusiasts, with track-tuned suspension and 315-horsepower turbocharged engines.

With the redesigned 2024 Civic sedan and hatchback, Honda continues to redefine small cars. Its efficient and roomy interiors are complemented by nimble, powerful handling, and it offers the option of a sporty Type R version that draws enthusiastic fans for its 315-horsepower output and track-focused driving abilities.
