If you are considering purchasing a new car, it may be time to consider British cars. These vehicles are considered high-end luxury automobiles around the world. British car manufacturers have a long history of producing beautiful cars, and many of the best-known luxury car brands originate in the country. Luxury cars produced in Britain include prestigious Rolls-Royces, elegant Jaguars, and sporty Aston Martins. The BMW Group also has an extensive British car history, including the storied MINI brand.

The iconic British car logo, created by Chris Smith in 1982, is a distinctive representation of the brand. It features a white circle with a stylized letter “A” in the center. The logo is surrounded by cut-out circles on either side and the brand name is emblazoned on a larger, silver shield. Another modern British car brand, Arrival, was launched in 2015 and has a focus on electric vehicles to electrify commercial transport. The logo is a simple wordmark with almost no embellishments, but aims to convey the brand’s modernity.

In the early eighties, company cars accounted for a substantial portion of British car purchases. Cortinas and Austin Princesses were popular with salesmen and middle managers. MG was the first brand to enter this market and was once known for making sporty cars. But these days, the brand is best known for its family-friendly models.

Despite the demise of many of its automakers, British cars remain a mainstay of the automotive industry. The Jaguar F-Type, for example, is an iconic sports car. It is available in two versions: a two-seater coupe and a convertible. Ayrton Senna won three Formula One world championships in a McLaren.

The iconic Land Rover Defender, which has its roots in 1948, has been reborn as a luxury SUV. In addition to being an accomplished off-roader, the Land Rover Defender has plenty of customisation options to suit your individual style. There are three-door and five-door models, and both versions offer a range of personalisation options. Another British car, the Vauxhall Corsa, is a compact hatchback.

Bentley is a luxury car. Although it is manufactured in Dresden, Germany, Bentley is now owned by the Volkswagen Group. It produces 12 models and sells them around the world. The older models are still sold for a high price, but newer models allow you to customize every aspect of your car. For example, the Vanquish Carbon Edition features carbon fiber exterior trim and a Bang & Olufsen audio system. The Bentley brand is known for being destined for the rich, and the company is the only provider of limousines for royalty in the UK.

The latest models from the Jaguar brand include the Jaguar XJ, a luxury sedan with a sporty appearance and tasteful interior. The XF is currently the smallest sedan in the Jaguar lineup, but is still a true Jaguar in every way. Its engines range from a turbocharged four-cylinder to a supercharged V8 with up to 550 horsepower. Starting at just under $50K, the Jaguar XF is priced very competitively compared to other luxury sedans in the market.
